Shipping methods

As required by the rules of the trade, all shipments from OMELYSHOP.COM are accompanied by an official invoice declaring the value of the individual items in Euro. For items on sale the invoice shows the discounted amounts.

Orders are shipped from OMELYSHOP.COM from Monday to Friday with hours from 9:00 to 17:30. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed as of next working day.

Delivery & Shipping Costs

OMELYSHOP.COM delivers all over the world by SDA, with EXPORT BOX service for overseas and HOME BOX for Italy.

Estimated time for delivery from date of shipment:

Italy: 1-4 days

Free shipping for orders over € 100 under € 100, - there is  a € 7,- shipping cost

Europe and other countries: 1-7 days to major destinations.

For Europe 1 orders over € 150, - the shipping is free. Below € 150, - the cost of shipping is € 15, -.

For Europe 2 orders over € 200, - the shipping is free. Below € 200, - the cost of shipping is € 20, -

Europe 1: France, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Denmark, England, Ireland, Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, Austria, Finland, Sweden, Slovenia, Croatia.

Europe 2: Greece, Czech Rep., Slovakia, Hungary, Poland, Bulgaria, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania

When the order is shipped, customers receive an email from OMELYSHOP.COM with the tracking number and a link to track the progress of the expedition.

OMELYSHOP.COM is not responsible for any delay due to customs operations and controls, or to odds outside the OMELYSHOP.COM control.

We wish to remind new customers of OMELYSHOP.COM that you can contact your bank or Paypal to verify the transaction, even contacting the counterparty bank. This check may cause some delay in the shipment of the order.


The  available items which you ordered are shipped on the first working day after you places the order.

During the Sales period  or promotions shipments may take longer.

In all cases OMELYSHOP.COM reserves the right to postpone delivery if there are events with majeure force

Articles in pre-order: shipping will be made on arrival of goods in stock

The articles in Pre-Order are shipped as soon as the articles will be available. The credit card will be charged on the day of receipt of the pre-order, although the shipment will occur once items will arrive in-stock .

Order Delivery

Upon arrival of the goods, customers are asked to carefully inspect the package before signing.  The OMELYSHOP.COM packages are carefully packed with tape, placed around the package.

If for any reason the box looks tampered or if the tape is not intact, clients are asked to sign the receipt with reservation, or to refuse delivery. In case there's been signed for with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering of the package, customers are asked to immediately report the incident to the courier and contact OMELYSHOP.COM at This email address is being protected from spambots. All customers who place an order establish a business relationship with OMELYSHOP.COM and therefore need to accept delivery of your package. If the parcel could not be delivered due to customers causes (wrong address, the recipient always absent, incorrect number of telephone, etc.), or if the customer refuses delivery, the shipping charges and any customs fees will be deducted from refund due to the customer.
